Born in Upstate New York and drawn west by a lifelong love for the outdoors, Gary Lever brings decades of experience, sharp market insight, and a deep passion for land to every transaction.
Gary began his real estate career in 1997 and quickly built a reputation for integrity, professionalism, and consistent results. Before earning his Wyoming license, he was actively involved in land development throughout the Casper area—giving him a deep understanding of infrastructure, zoning, and the real-world investment value of Wyoming property.
With a strong respect for the Western lifestyle, Gary has played a key role in numerous successful ranch, land, and commercial property transactions across the Cowboy State. Before real estate, Dyllan built his career in the moving industry, working hands-on with families and businesses through major transitions and frequently staging homes for real estate agencies. He also brings construction experience, including heavy equipment operation, grading, and foundation work, along with practical handyman skills.
