Born in Upstate New York and drawn west by a lifelong love for the outdoors, Gary Lever brings decades of experience, sharp market insight, and a deep passion for land to every transaction.
Gary began his real estate career in 1997 and quickly built a reputation for integrity, professionalism, and consistent results. Before earning his Wyoming license, he was actively involved in land development throughout the Casper area—giving him a deep understanding of infrastructure, zoning, and the real-world investment value of Wyoming property.
With a strong respect for the Western lifestyle, Gary has played a key role in numerous successful ranch, land, and commercial property transactions across the Cowboy State. Whether he's guiding a first-time buyer through raw acreage or structuring a multi-parcel commercial deal, Gary’s calm, strategic approach has made him a trusted advisor for clients across Wyoming.
